Training Enriches Professional Skills
Training plays a very vital role for building a skilled and efficient manpower that motivates people, working in the organization to perform their job towards achieving desired organizational goal. Training increases professional knowledge, develops working skills and brings about changes in attitude positively among the people of the entity. Rupali Bank Training Academy (RBTA) situated at 15/17, Sadek Hossain Khoka Road, Motijheel, Dhaka. It is reasonably a well furnished, renovated and modern training center which has been offering quality training to Rupali Bank employees since its inception. Primarily it was founded on 5 July, 1976 at Eskaton, Moghbazar, Dhaka. From the very beginning of its establishment, this training organization has been playing expected role of transforming employees into human resources by its multifarious training activities as desired by the bank. Now the training academy is organizing on-campus and online training activities both centrally and locally to disseminate new ideas and up to date knowledge on overall banking and financial activities.
