Rupali Bank Training Academy (RBTA) situated at 15/17, Sadek Hossain Khoka Road, Motijheel, Dhaka. It is reasonably a well furnished, renovated and modern training centre which has been offering quality training to Rupali Bank employees since its inception. Primarily it was founded on 5 July, 1976 at Eskaton, Moghbazar, Dhaka. From the very beginning of its establishment, this training organization has been playing expected role of transforming employees into human resources by its multifarious training activities as desired by the bank.
