Faculty members are selected from the different working place of the bank considering their educational background, practical banking experience, specialized skill in different areas of job, quality of eloquence and conversance of banking knowledge, laws, rules, regulations, policies and circulars. From the level of senior executives in the position of General Manager, a principal is nominated/posted for the academy who remains responsible for overall performance and supervision of the academy.
