Mr. Mohammad Monwar Hossain, Deptuy General Manager and Principal of Rupali Bank Training Academy (RBTA) was born in 1974 in Jamalpur district. He passed SSC exam in 1990 from IslampurNekjahan Pilot High School underJamalpur district. He did his Master Degree in Political Science. He has completed LLB Part-I. Mohammad Monwar Hossain is a Diplomaed Associate of Institute of Bankers Bangladesh (IBB).

Mr. Mohammad Monwar Hossain joined at Rupali Bank Ltd. in 1998 as an Officer under Banker’s Recruitment Committee (BRC). On joining at Rupali Bank Ltd. He worked at different desk both at different Branches, Zonal Office, Rupali Bank Training Academy (Faculty & Senior Faculty). He is an experienced Banker.

He has extensive experience to work in the field level for about 25 years. While working at Branches and Zonal Office, he worked at different desk such as General Banking, Accounts, loans and advances. He was the successful Manager of Five Branches including 3 Corporate-2 Branches 1) Jamuna Fertilizer Complex Branch, Jamalpur 2) Dharmakura Bazar Branch, Jamalpur, 3) Jamalpur Corporate Branch, Jamalpur 4) Choumuhana Corporate Branch, Moulvibazar 5) Sherpur Town Corporate Branch, Jamalpur. Mentionable that Sherpur Town Branch, Jamalpur was running loos when he took charge. He made the Branch profitable. He worked as a successful Zonal Manager of Jamalpur Zone.

Mohammad Monwar Hossain has attended a good number of training, workshop and seminar at home. Some mentionable Institution are Rupali Bank Training Academy, BIBM. His keen areas of interest are AML and CFT, HRM, Banking Laws & Regulations, Loans and Advances. Relationship Management, Branch Management, Career Management, Leadership Management.
